Last updated: May 20, 2026 Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how Minerium Inc handles refunds for services, including BBP (Bitcoin Block Panning) participation products.
This policy should be read together with Minerium Terms of Services, BBP Terms, and Privacy Policy.
1. General Rule
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, completed or consumed services are generally non-refundable.
2. Eligible Refund Scenarios
Minerium may provide a refund, replacement session, or service credit where appropriate, including when:
- payment was received but the purchased service was not provided due to a verified Minerium system issue;
- a duplicate payment is verified;
- Minerium cancels a service before activation;
- payment was received after an expiration window and can be safely matched and returned/credited;
- applicable law requires a refund.
3. Non-Refundable or Restricted Scenarios
Refunds may be denied or limited in scenarios including:
- completed BBP sessions with no eligible block-discovery outcome;
- wrong-network transfers or unsupported-asset transfers;
- incorrect wallet/address details provided by the user;
- expired checkout windows where terms were clear;
- suspected fraud, abuse, sanctions risk, or chargeback misuse;
- violations of Minerium Terms, BBP Terms, or applicable law.
4. Coinbase/USDC and Payment-Provider Conditions
Payment workflows may involve USD rails, USDC on Base, Coinbase Business-supported workflows, Coinbase Developer Platform-supported workflows, and other approved providers.
Coinbase and related services are third-party providers. Unless expressly stated in writing by Coinbase, Coinbase does not sponsor, endorse, or guarantee Minerium services or refund outcomes.
Provider-level holds, compliance checks, disputes, or settlement delays may delay or prevent refunds.
5. Wallet and Blockchain Refund Constraints
For blockchain-origin payments, refunds may require an outbound blockchain transaction and may depend on successful wallet verification.
Network fees, gas fees, exchange fees, and processor fees may apply and may be deducted where permitted.
If funds were sent to a wrong network, wrong address, or unsupported asset destination, recovery may not be possible.
6. Requesting a Refund
To request review, contact support@minerium.com with sufficient detail, including order/session identifiers, payment reference information, transaction hash (if applicable), and a clear description of the issue.
Minerium may request additional verification before processing a refund decision.
7. Review and Decision Process
Refund decisions may include technical validation, payment reconciliation, compliance review, and fraud/risk review. Minerium may approve, deny, partially approve, credit, or replace based on the verified facts and applicable policy.
8. Processing Time
If approved, refund timing depends on payment method, provider processing, banking rails, blockchain confirmation conditions, and compliance requirements.
9. Audit Records and SOC 2 Readiness
Minerium may retain refund-related evidence to support processing integrity and SOC 2 Type II readiness, including order records, payment references, wallet/address records, transaction hashes, reconciliation records, approval logs, and incident records.
10. Policy Changes
Minerium may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Updates become effective when posted unless a different effective date is stated.
